I am applying for renewal of PR with 790 days of residency now.

I recently received requested CBSA records of my entries.

Is it a good idea to enclose that record with my application for quick approval even though
immigration is going to request that from CBSA independently.

Immigration recommends you give them consent to check records with CBSA.

Giving them permission streamlines the process and actually allows them to process your app faster. (This tip is straight from CIC) There is no need to enclose it, just attach the usual proof of RO compliance and give then consent to check your records.
