Hi Guys,
I am requesting the NYC Indian embassy to provide police clearance certificate from India by mail. They are requesting a cashiers' check or money order and I got one made from my bank. However, the site doesn't mention anywhere in whose favor this check needs to be made. Can I leave this blank and let the embassy people fill it up when they cash it?
Any feedback from people with previous experience is appreciated!
