Hi,

Can anyone comment how is it possible for the CHC to review the complete case, review and verify all documents, allot 67 points and send request for medicals in just one day?

As per my eCAS, the CHC visa office started processing on 3 Feb 2010 and they sent me request for Medicals on the 4 Feb 2010. I received them on 10 Feb 2010. My family and I just did my medicals today morning. Hopefully the DMP will send the reports by next week. Keeping my fingers crossed and really hoping that everything continues to go this fast :-)

Nanji

It is very normal and it case to case well if the case looks simple and the visa officer thinks they do not require strict verification the medicals are issued.

Hello there,

This could be a problem in the software they are using which is picking up the " 3 Feb 2010" as date when the e-cas was updated rather then the actual review complete date and your local CIC might be late in updaing the E-cas .
when did they received yor full documents ?

Deepak..

Please see the timeline in my signature. They received the complete package on 28 Jan 2010 as per DHL tracking.

It's really strange. You should start believing in luck. It's working

Hiya,

Looking at your time lines ,everything seems quite fast in your case.

May be you are fine then and Your documents are very legitimate and up to the requirements of CHC.
Have you ever visited Canada/other country before on similar credentials ??
Don't worry too much . you are really on fastest track on to the candian turf.. :)

Deepak..

Congrats, Nanji !!!
Cases like yours keep our faith in the system. The Canadian PR process is indeed fair, thrustworthy & devoid of misconceptions.

Your case seems to be under the KISSS syndrome [Keep It Simple, Straight & Smooth]. In this forum 2 others [that I'm aware of] -"Calgirl" & "Sharma77" also followed your timeframe. Both made it in 6 & 7 months, respectively, their entire process. Calgirl is also NOC 0213.

I'm pretty sure u'll finish it too in about 6 months. All the best buddy !
Qorax.

Thanks !!

Yes, although my file is progressing faster than usual but I did take a year almost to collect all the documents in exactly the way and format that the CHC visa office wanted. I made extra precautions and put myself in the immigration officer's shoe to assess most things.

I was mostly a silent observer of this forum since 1 and a half year. That time I din't have any experience to share and all my questions were answered by the CIC website and reading the excellent posts of the extremely dedicated individuals on this forum. I salute you guys!. I wish I can be as dedicated to this cause. Now since my file is already "In Process" I might be able to share some tips and experience of collecting documents and organizing them.

@ DeepakBabbar: Yes, I have studied and worked in a few different countries in Europe and Asia on the same credentials and I am bilingual in French and English. Collecting police certificates of at least 4 different countries, job experience letters from 4 different companies in different continents and getting university sealed transcripts from a foreign university was a bit challenging but perseverance is certainly required here to be successful. Also help from contacts and relatives in different countries is certainly essential to getting everything right.

Eventhough, by the grace of God things have flowed smooth so far, I was a bit skeptical after taking my medical exam with my family. The DMP was extremely rude and her expressions made my wife and myself a bit nervous. She was hesitant in sharing anything about her findings. Although we don't have any chronic medical issues but still I am a little nervous. Today, I called her assistant nurse to check if everything is OK. I din't get any response on that but I did verify if the address that they will be sending my medical reports to is correct. The last thing I don't want them to send it to the wrong location. Keeping my fingers crossed and still feeling a bit uneasy... ???

By the way, thanks everyone for the congrats!! I hope everyone gets what they wish for
