Case refused JD MissMatch : HOW WILL I GET THE REFUND

My case has been refused and I have been waiting for the refund for the last 5 months.
The bloody Canadian Government is still holding my money. Any idea when will I get it back ?

Dear, Time line for refund of VPF should be specified on your refusal letter. In case you do not receive your money within the given time line you can write a letter to CIC confronting your query with them
