My sisters application was refused because of this. That her visa will expire in December. She has been working as a teacher for 2 years in Cambodia and the Cambodian government renews foreign business visas for 6 months only. She has been renewing her visa every 6 months. Can she reapply to tell them that

What were reasons? Is she single with no family ties and job is only tie to return and not even in country of citizenship? She can but doesn't address the refusal. IRCC wants proof that she has ties to return either to Cambodia or country of citizenship. If visa is only 6 months and she stays in Canada for months then she is not returning to Cambodia. She needs to show ties to return then to country of citizenship.
