Hi
I'm working in a private home as a child care worker .my employer gave me salary in cash .
How I manage my salary slip .I want to apply for noc 44100 from pakistan.

So your Canadian employer doesn’t have you as an employee? Ask them to set up Canadian business number for payroll. For your foreign experience show the paystubs and banks statments.

You can’t manage your salary slip.
You’re working what we call under the table. There is no traceable salary . No deductions would have been made
CPP EI Income tax
You’d have to have your employer call the CRA and set up a caregiver payroll account and ask them to backdate the account to your first paycheque
Your employer would then be subject to pay all the employee employer payroll deductions and would be subject to penalties/ interest
That’s if it a Canadian employer .

If it’s in Pakistan you’d have to check with the department that handles payroll deductions in that country . I’d assume they’d have payroll deductions

So you have a Canadian job offer with eligible Canadian employer and can prove you have worked as a caregiver with payslips, banks statements and job letter. You have to prove you have the experience and need to prove you have been paid.

Program is not open to those outside of Canada yet.

In the government‘S Canada Gazette for March 22. Quota for 2025 has been reached through Canadian experience. 2025 and 2026 for those outside Canada - quota is 0. Program will not open to those outside Canada until 2027.

So let Canadian employer know that 2027 is when you are eligible and that they will need child care/home support care from a person inside Canada for the next 3 years.
