Car trouble...

My husbands car broke down here beyond what is feesable for repair. Is he allowed to drive my car into the usa? He has to go back for appointments in april. Our family class application is processing we have our aor2. Anyone have experience with this?

Can he take Canada registered car into US and drive it there? Yes, assuming he plans to return to Canada in a short time and not live in the US permanently.

Okay. Currently he is spending 3 weeks there and 4 to 5 here in canada. It would be impractical to purchase a vehicle in the US for us because this vehicle he literally just bought 8 months ago (he got scammed hard)

He can drive any car to the US. I don't see where the issue is..
