Cant submit online application

I need help regarding my online vist visa application. There is no option appear to submit application. I have upload all documents but only exit questionear ootion is available. Any one know about this????

Save and exit, and try to submit again tomorrow. I think system glitch.

Maybe you try to change another laptop or desktop as latest version. You will figure out soon.

I do this but the problem is same only exit button is appear and i cant submit my app.
Is this because of electronic signature?????
Plz help me...
