Can't login into IRCC account using sign-in partner

While I was able to login yesterday using a sign-in partner, I can't log into my IRCC secure account today using a sign-in partner. I tried Safari, Chrome, and Mozilla on an iMac but after login I simply get directed to the main homepage https://www.cic.gc.ca. Shall I generate a new GCKey account instead although my applications are already linked to my previous account using a sign-in partner? Also, I thought I had an online account but it doesn't accept my email address as username....any advice?

Dont link the earlier accounts.
Just create account for new tracker here to track your citizenship application. https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

Thanks! I am using this option already for my Citizenship application. But I struggle with tracking my simultaneous PR card renewal application for which I wanted to use the IRCC secure account...maybe this is more a thread/question for the PR forum?

Use just old ecas to view your PR card status. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do
This should list both PR and citizenship.
YOur PR card application wont show up till (next day) you receive your AOR.

Thanks! I tried that too, but for now it just shows the Citizenship application but I haven't received the AOR for my PR card renewal yet (mailed July 7, 2021, received according to Canada post July 12, 2021). So, it may simply be still too early for the PR card renewal application to show up then....

Correct. You cant be trying to see your PR application before they load into the system. Same like your citizenship application.
