K Kt1170 Member Jul 6, 2017 11 1 May 5, 2019 #1 I had an account with CIC using sign in partner as a scotia bank. I lost my debit card through which i was login in and got new card. Since old card is blocked I can not use my new debit card to open my account. Any help?
