Can't login CRA online account

I am a new PR. I had previously worked in Canada and hence I have an online CRA account for many years.

I applied for my new SIN number last week. Today, I tried to login my CRA account but failed, a message "Error—ERR.041" was shown.

Is this normal? What should I do?

You new to setup new account with new permanent sin number. Your old account will not work. Register with new sin number and you will get PIN number in mail .
