All of a sudden, I can't log-in to ecas...? I don't remember checking off the option to not have access in the future. It just doesn't recognize me. It was fine on Saturday.

happened to anyone??
 
Same here since this morning. Either I can't even get to the page, or I get the page, put in my info and it tells me it doesn't recognize me.
Looks like their servers are down...

Same here, I couldn't access my ecas as well. as of Feb.06,2013 @ 4:30am :o
 
I still can't login.

thisisauser, did you use anything different to login? client id and application number is what i've been trying to login with. Just won't recognize me.

Client ID, always used that. I'd suspect your issues are temporary and for a subset of users, especially true if you've successfully logged in to the service before.

There has been times where I could not login to different gc.ca websites or specific parts of them whereas someone else could.

If it doesn't still work in a few days send them an email and title it website technical issues. They usually respond within two days.
 
It's not working for me too. It's a problem with the site. Probably will get fixed soon. Just have to be patient.

I can't access ecas either.. have to change my adress as i will be moving on 1st march and its saying it doesn't recognize me!! hope it is their website issue and changes soon

I read about your timeline in another thread. Have you heard any update after the 'background enquiry' response? Are they responding to any emails?
