I have submitted the web form already. But just wanted to know how they typically handle the situation. I m sure I m not the first one facing this.

Hi, any update? I am in the same situation. If you received the ITA on Nov 18th, then the last date is tomorrow.

Yes, Family Day in most provinces

However, Family Day is not a national statutory holiday, it is provincial. So its not a federal holiday. Just wish they work and fix the problem so that all of you guys can login and complete your applications. Its stressful for some old invitees as they are on the verge of expiring their ITA time.
