Candian work experince applying for express entry

I finished my study last year in April 2015 and my study permit expired in July 2015. I had applied my post graduation work permit in June 2015. CIC took almost 9 months to process my application and gave me work permit on 17 March 2016. Meanwhile I got a B category job in may 2015 and it is almost a year for me to working in B category job. So my question is, Is I am eligible to count my one year of work experience to apply for express entry?

You can count work exp from the date started working full time (after you applied for PGWP)
