Dear Forum Members,

I have just accepted ITA from SK PNP two weeks ago, and sent all my files. I thought the CRS would not go down to the level that I was (I was at 478). But with the draw today, it did.

Can I cancel my SK PNP and wait for the next draw? If so, would I get any drawbacks by doing that?

What would you recommend I do?

Did you receive and invitation for EE application today?

I haven't tried, but can you create a new EE profile even after submitting your previous eAPR? You can withdraw that previous application if you really want to apply under FSW.

No. But with my CRS, and if this score remains the same for the next draws, I will be selected eventually.

Good call! I will try to do that. However, could CIC see that as a dual intent?

I'm guessing you already got ITA from the draw on Oct 19th / will be getting it today. And i believe this was without the 600 points from SK PNP, hence you no longer need the PNP.

My advice if you have already submitted all your documents for SK PNP and paid the fees would be :
1. Do Not cancel SK PNP until you have submitted all your application post-ITA and received AOR (this should be sometime within next 60 days)
2. Once you are confident you're application is in processing without any need to decline the ITA, at that time you can then withdraw the SK PNP
3. How to withdraw the SK PNP : I'm not sure, better to check with senior members, but i believe you can submit some sort of letter to the SK folks stating you do not require this any longer. (but don't do this until you have completed your application - just in case you need to decline ITA, as mentioned in point #1 above)

Check with Legalfalcon/Asivad Anac etc... to see what they have to say about this.

Dual intent is fine. Fraudulent intent is not. For example, coming as a student and wanting to do FSW is fine. Coming only for FSW, but claiming to be a student is not.
