Canadian Excellence VS. Provincial Nomination Programs

Hi guys,

I was about to apply yesterday my application to CIO but the post office closed. Now, I'm not qualified based on the new rules. I'm resident in Canada and think about applying on Canadian Excellence or Provinicial Nomination programs (Ontario or BC or Alberta).
I don't know which one is better, or I may need to apply as Federal skilled worker because I have a job offer.

What do you think?

Do you mean Canadian "Experience" Class? I never heard of Canadian "Excellence".

Sorry, I think the correct name is Canadian Experience not Canadian Excellence.
