You need to park near the Sheriton hotel and walk to the bridge. You will see a sign saying "to USA". Use this bridge and then return back using the same bridge. You will hit the canadian officer.

You can also edit the pdf file to write them down. I did that. btw, did they send you a form to fill out your bio data? They did not do that for me. Can you forward a blank form to me so that I can send the passport to them asap. Thanks, -K
