I applied for Study Visa from India in PACIFIC college may 2018 intake on 16 march got Refused email on 30 march.

10th - 62% in (2005)
12th - 70% (2007)
Graduation from Singapore (2010-2011) with A Grade
IELTS - 6 (not less than 5.5 each module) completed recently in 11-2017
Course selected : Advance Diploma Business Hospitality management ( Im graduate from Singapore with hotel management in 2010-2011 then i worked in Singapore till august 2017) i hav all the company letters whr i work these 7 years.
Salaries-Father : 7,000,00 per Annual ( workingin Railway police force)
Mother : house wife
Financial Shown : Father payslips, tax paid reports, CPF fund, Property evaluation of Rs 19,000,00,gold and liquid cash So total of Rs 41,000,00 CA Report
1st Semester Fee paid : Around CAD $7.5k - Paid From my account
GIC submitted : CAD $10,200 paid from my Dad's account
Rejection Reason given in letter.
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: Your qualifications, previous studies, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.
dont know y. My course is related to my previous study ( i know hav 7 years gap) but my whole work also related to my studies.
Spoke to my consultants as well, they are saying to re-apply for the same intake with stronger SOP.
Looking for advice.
