Canada Offer Letter Points Query

Hi All,

Currently i am on close work permit and this is last work permit extension. Can i use this extension as offer letter for 50 Points?

Points :-

1. My current extension application under IRCC pool.
2. My last extension expired on 14th April 2023.
3. I landed here in canada on 14th April 2019. ( 1st work permit (14th April 2019 to 13th April 2021) - 2 Years
4. I extended my work permit ( 14th April 2021 to 13th April 2023) - 2 years
5. Last 1 Year extension work permit under process.

In my IRCC pool profile i mention that i am having Offer letter , which i believe currently less than 365 Days.

Please suggest.

You need a new job offer letter from your employer stating that you will have your job one year past PR. Then you can count the 50 points.

This is my last extension ( 1 year only) , that already started from 14th April 2023 valid till 13th April 2023 . Based on this extension offer i am adding 50 points and my points are 481 .

If suppose i got selected in pool on 5th July 2023 can i claim these 50 points?

As long as you have the updated job offer letter from your company saying that they you will be employed one year past PR.
