You mean to say that after MR the VO will start processing ?

If Yes.. then why in spreadsheet there are so many (Local VO processing) date is mentioned but there is no date mention in MR.

What he meant was after receiving your PER, CIO will transfer your file to your local VO for further processing. Generally your local VO will check your documents and MAY request for additional documents (police clearance, etc.); after which comes the MR.. However, it may also be possible that additional documents be requested along with MR in some cases.

What is the difference between 'UCI' and 'Confirmation of Permanent Residence number that starts with T'?

When do you receive UCI and when do you receive Confirmation of Permanent Residence number?

For the past 3 days , there hasn't been any CC charge for 2281. The last CC charged date is Oct 31 for 2281
Any CC charged for 2281 for Nov?

same case here but i got PER on 21st of nov around 20 days after you and my online status show me date of receiving the application till yet... Please update if you get any further information...
