Hi, I was wondering whether it would be possible for my husband to apply for criminal rehabilitation and permanent residence at the same time to the same Visa office in London? Thanks for your help.
Can you submit a criminal rehabilitation and PR application at the same time?

I think your husband need to have his rehabilitation certificate sent in with the PR application.

Yes. They’ll be processed through the same visa office. Just make sure that you point out in a covering letter with the PR application that you have included an application for criminal rehabilitation.
Best case scenario; the same VO processes both applications. Worst case scenario; the VO processing the PR application kicks the rehabilitation app down the hall to a different VO.
