Can you leave before receiving PR Card after landing?

I did my landing and have my COPR, however, now I want to leave as I’ve business to manage in home country but my wife and kids will stay.

Yes. Note that without the PR card, you will likely not be able to fly back (although if you can enter USA, you can cross land border to Canada with the COPR and passport).
