Can we send 2nd specific Inq. again after 10 days,having da reply of 1st one .

I have sent Specific Inquirey on 27 Feb 2017 and got reply on 6th march with the answer that they are doino Back check.
The processing time is 31 days and now 54 days has been passed.
should I send an other inquiery ??

The processing times are just estimates and it's not unusual for processing to take longer. I personally wouldn't bother sending another inquiry - especially so soon after the first reply was received. It won't speed up processing.

Background checks could take weeks or months + the processing estimates posted on the IRCC website will not apply. There's no point in sending another CSE

Yes I do have business over there , I used to live 8 to 9 month in pakista and 8 to 9 month in Swaziland , due to Easter business is always bzy over there so that's why thinking to go back .
That's the only reason, I m in rush
