can September see a third draw? max 25 draws one month will make 3 draws

They said they would make maximum of 25 draws in the year 2015. If there are 2 draws in a month it will make 24 draws in total. There has to be one month which has 3 draws to make it 25. Will September be that month.

If at all there is a draw on 25 th September the scores will drop by a pattern created say 9 to 12 points.

Any assumptions?

They said up to 25 draws. They are not committed to that number. They could stop completely now, if they wanted.

I hope that another draw takes place in september and lowers the score 6-9 points below 450 ... But this is just a dream

Not a dream, Logic says it might. There are maximum 25 draws to be taken out and if they have only 2 draw per month than there would be 24. so Any one month will see 3 draws. May be September
