Can my uncle sponsor me if he already has a nose and children living with him. They are all citizen now.

The website says the following which is a bit confusing to comprehend. Please guide.

You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the conditions, including:

  • you don't have a living relative you could sponsor instead, such as a:
    • spouse
    • common-law partner
    • conjugal partner
    • son or daughter
    • parent
    • grandparent
    • brother or sister
    • uncle or aunt
    • nephew or niece
  • you don’t have any of the above-named relatives who is:
    • a Canadian citizen
    • a permanent resident
    • registered Indian under the Indian Act

No. As per the second bullet, he is not eligible to sponsor you since he has a Canadian spouse and child(ren). Good luck!

My uncle resides in Canada with his wife and children. He is willing to sponsor me, is that possible as I’m supposed to be his niece and his close relative

No - he cannot sponsor you. In order to sponsor you he would have to be single and have no children.

If you wish to immigrate, you will have to qualify on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
