I am staying in US on H1B for last couple of years, now I will be moving back to India for a month as my current US visa is expiring. Then I will come back to Canada on work permit. I have some questions on the current scenario.
Can I keep my US registered car with my friend in US when I go back to India?
Can my friend drive my car to Canada once I am back in Canada?
What documents will be required for him to drive my car to Canada?
Will he be able to temporary import my car into Canada on behalf of me?
What documents does he need to temporary import my car into Canada?
Will I have to declare to Canada Immigration when I arrive first time in Canada about this car import? How?
What process will I have to follow if I want to get my household staffs from here to Canada? Do I have to declare it anywhere?
If someone can help me on these questions, that will be a great help.
