Can i write IELTS IDP (AUS) in order to apply PR under CEC

Hello All,

I am going to India next month and planning to write a IELTS. Unfortunately, all dates under British Council has been closed for December, January.
My biggest question is, Can i apply under IELTS IDP (Australia) in order to apply for PR under CEC.

Please reply me ASAP.

I have already attended the exam. I got the score but .5 less in Reading..so have to sit again.

I will try once if not i wil not apply for PR. :-[
