Can I Apply for PR Under CEC Category

I am working as software engineer in canada from past 2 years ,i am planning to apply for PR under CEC category,my NOC Is A and my IELTS Score is

Listening: 7.5
Reading: 6.0
Writing: 7.5
Speaking: 7.0
Overall: 7.0

Can anybody please suggest is it good score to apply under CEC category NOC A .
