can i work while studying in canada?

would i be eligible to work part time and study part time in canada at the same time? or do i have to be a

while u r studying u will be allowed to do some job but u can apply for off campus work permit after 1st semester

you're only allowed off-campus work after first 6 months and you can work full time during off-term holidays. I seriously doubt that you'll be allowed to study and work part time simultaneously.

International students are full time student and can only work part time in campus and off campus after 6 month as you got the work permit and SIN.

It also depent what part / province you r going as in some province u might not be able to get even part time job.

So be careful and search every thing before applying or going. living abroad is not east as it seems.

thanks, so i got to have a decent 6 months of studying then!
but how can i get money to live off then? i thought that if i could work
part timer and work part timer simultaneously i could be able to afford living too!
it's so hard to find out, i know where i can stay but it costs money obviously

bro beg or borrow you must have funds available to you for first six months at least so that you can live off them while you're not allowed to work off-campus as on-campus jobs are sometimes hard to come by. I would not recommend you to work for cash under the table 'cause it could get you in BIG TROUBLE like PMM said.

Dont try to do job on cash. THats illegal. Many survive but if you are caught, you would be in big trouble and sent back
