Can I upload updated PoF and PCC before IRCC asks for them

Considering that IRCC has started to clear backlog and that they usually ask for updated PoF and PCC, can I upload them now without them asking so I can save a step? My eligibility was passed by a program analyst and I was worried this might trigger a revaluation of the eligibility. My AoR is Oct 2020, Vo: Ottawa. Thank you all.
