Can I update my Spouse Name after getting ITA

Hi,
I mistakenly forgot to enter my husband's middle name in application. His passport has both first and middle name in "Given Name" field.

Now when I try to update my application, all the names are disabled.

Please tell me how can I update his name.

Can I give LOE for this mistake?

Will this impact my immigration approval??
