EE Application post ITA: Last name missing for family members

I got an ITA under EE CEC, now while filling the application on EE portal for family information, I am getting this issue where both the Given Name and Surname fields are mandatory. My parents only have a Given name as per passport. How do I enter the name now? Both fields are mandatory.
