Can I sumbit application apply while travelling

Hi,

I have come on a business trip for a month. Have entry stamps and visa on my passport. My medicals and everything was done 10 days back.

Question is can i submit my application while i am travelling (without exit stamp) or shall i wait till I get back?

Wait until you come back to be safe especially if you are traveling to a country where you have got a PCC.

By application submission, if you mean eAPR submission, then it does not matter as it's an online application. So it doesn't matter geographically where you submit your application from.

At the most you can add an LoE with your application to explain your situation.
