Can I submit my PR application exactly 1 year after starting my job?

I’m coming up on 1 year of Canadian work experience this April and I have all the other requirements done.

I have an employment letter from my company, and I worked full time (37.5h/week) so the 1560 hours will have been met (and exceeded) by that date. My employment letter shows my start date. Would I be able to apply right on the anniversary of my joining the company?

Which immigration stream are you applying to? PNP? Which province and stream? Express Entry? Do you already have an ITA?
