Can I sponsor my brother?

Hi,

I am working here in Toronto and just received my PR. My brother would like to come to Toronto for further studies from India. He is willing to take 3 year diploma course at Seneca/Sheridan.

I would like to know that, whether I can sponsor my brother? We dont want to take Education loan, I would like to show my bank statements to support his first year tution fees plus his living expense.

Is this possible?
