Hello Everyone!!
I am in a big dilemma now. I am living in Manitoba for last 7 years and I would like to sponsor my brother on Canadian Spouse Visa to get their Permanent Residency. But, on the other hand I am also pregnant and will be soon out for my maternity/ pregnancy leave. My question is that Can i still sponsor my brother and his wife to Manitoba for their PR file or no if I would be on my maternity leave?
Also, do I need just to be working on a job? or I can even be self employed too in order for me to sponsor them?
Please advise. Waiting for quick encouraging replies.
