can i send police certificate before ..?

in the checklist it says to not send them now .but as i already got my police certifiate from my back home so i was thinking to send that with my application so that it process faster .. is it ok or should i keep it with me until they ask for .. ? also if i send that now should i include the schedule A form as well .. ?

also one more confusion . i am living in canada on a study visa ..but will be applying outland ..so in the check list if i select the outland option which says curreently living outside canda will that be okk ? coz its not true that um living outside canda will that be any problem ?

It specifically says on the page with the forms not to send schedule A, but to upload it when requested. There's actually not a direct link to that form with all the other forms that are supposed to be included.

Since they seem to just be asking or the police certificate to be uploaded when they ask for schedule A, I'd suggest hanging onto it and doing that. Some people sent theirs with the application and didn't seem to have issues, but I'd be worried that it would get lost in the process by CIC and then if they asked for the original down the line again you wouldn't have it.

No, not OK. Did you not read the third option, "living in Canada and applying outland"?
