This is the second time that I am applying for PR under family sponsorship (spouse class).
In the previous application, I have acquired the CSQ from MIDI, however, the PR application was eventually refused because I had not been able to meet other requirements. This CSQ has a "due date" (date d'échéance) of Oct 2020.
In the current application, I have just received a notification letter reminding me of the "undertaking application" which should be submit to MIDI within 30 days.
Do I need submit this new application or can I reuse the previously acquired CSQ? In the case the CSQ is reusable, what should I do to inform the immigration officer that I already have the CSQ?
