I'm in the process of filling out all the docs for my CSQ (PEQ Skilled worker) application and am unsure what to do with one of the questions, which asks whether I've previously submitted any PR application (federally). The possible answers are Yes, No, and if Yes, Accepted, Refused or Awaiting Decision.
I have submitted one in the past (Express Entry), but cancelled it since my plans changed and I found a job in Quebec. On one hand, I did submit one and want to be accurate, but I also feel like putting 'Refused' wouldn't be accurate to my situation (and might not look great).
Any idea what's best to do?
