Can I put a query online?

Hi,
My parents, who i sponsored for PR, have there medical been done, and the status shows that CIC have received the results. since my parents passport expired during the process, so we had to renew the passport. the CIC asked for just the photocopy of their passports on 1st feb 2013 and sent them both. i was hoping they would ask for the passports but there has been no response after that. should i put an email enquirey of wait and watch.

You can post your timeline, office etc and yes you can email them as a query or order notes ( see my signature ) to see whats going on with the file
