Can I move to another province?

Hi All,

Following my other thread a couple of weeks ago - Can I quit my job?

I now face a challenge to find out about a new series of questions and here they are.

Let me begin with some background (pasted from previous post):

• My NOC code is 1112
  
• Applied under the strategic recruitment stream (SSR) under Alberta PNP program (so no employer restriction)
• Got my Alberta provincial nominee letter July 2016
• Summited application to federal end of Aug 2016
• Got the file number and a request to re-fill a document and pay the right of residence fee around December 2016
• Submitted all requested documents and paid the fee by late Jan 2017
• Been waiting since, have not received medical request and no update msgs
• My current Open Bridge Working Permit is going to expire end of Jan 2018

My new question is that I currently live and work in Alberta and have applied through the AINP to this point, what if I get a job offer from say Vancouver or Toronto given that I'm about 4 months away from the 16 months standard processing time to get my PPR (under AINP SRR - no employer/employment restrictions). What are my options and the consequences before and after receiving the PPR and subsequently landing?

The first link basically indicates there's no conclusion.

The second link is saying, legally PRs can live anywhere once they established the PR status in Canada. BUT one should stay in the province that nominated them out of gratitude...?
