Can I give the NOC code for my PR application which is different from my employer specific work permit application

Hi,

I am on a employer specific work permit with NOC 21221 which my employer provided during Work permit extension. Now for better opportunities, can I give NOC21230 in my express entry profile. Would it be a problem as it was different in my WP application? My employer is OK to mention NOC21230 in my offer letter. Please help

You can as long as you have separate work experience under NOC 21230. Your work experience with your current employer needs to be classified under NOC 21221 since you are on a closed work permit.

Thanks for your reply. But I do work for the same employer since 4 years which is my total experience. Is it ok if I file my EE application with NOC 21230.
