Can I get admission in universities with 6.5 bands ?

Hey there. I gave IELTS exam on 7th jan 17 and I got 6.5 bands however , in writing I got 5.5 bands. The requirements for the universities (for masters in computer science ) is 6.5 bands with no less than 6 . So do I have any chance to get admission or should I give IELTS exam 2nd time?
I am planning to apply in University of regina and university of windsor.

Even if the school accepts you, CIC will almost certainly refuse your study permit since your IELTS score is too low. For a Masters program, CIC wants to see scores of at least 6.5 in each of the four categories. You'll need to retake IELTS.
