I am currently working in CanAda since Nov 2020 under a NOC code A . While renewing and looking at my progress company applied LMIA and got approval on 00 Code . Work permit is still in process , can i claim 200 points in express entry before the work permit is approved , Will i be still eligible for CEC and FSW with the new NOC code?
