You can apply, but doubtful you will be accepted. They will look at your history and that you applied in the US, but voluntarily went back to your home country (which you are somehow claiming asylum from) and you will be denied. You should have waited in the US.

Somehow if I get visitors visa can I apply for AYSLUM in Canada

If you got a visitor visa , you’d then be able to apply , however as I mentioned earlier , the two countries share immigration data, Canada would know about the failed refugee claim in the US, and almost for certain would refuse you a visa , knowing as you stated , you’d apply for refuge

Thanks but I am not in USA now hiding in my own country

I understand that. What I am saying is you should have stayed there. By leaving before you got accepted or rejected and going back to your own country, you are basically saying that your home country is safe.

I wandering if someone on the same situation because people applied for asylum at a time they got frustrated because of unfortunate delays and worried a lot of government changed in USA stragle in USA very difficult but in my home country we can't stay for long

Being DIFFICULT in your home country is not a reason for Asylum. As you have been told you can apply for a TRV if you want and try and apply for asylum but you will almost certainly be denied.
