I m pre june applicant with AEO.My current status is in process from three months.

Can I apply new application now with copy of that AEO?Because on january2013 IELTS requirement will be high.

what ever changes would come that will not effect your case.......even IELTS score......this is core information.........

Latest rules have put more emphesis on Language, Age etc, but will have to wait for more clearity.
