I am Egyptian married to a Canadian / Egyptian and we sent our documents 9th of this November and now we are wondering if I can apply for visit visa. My husband is thinking about sending letter and grantee that he will spend on my living expenses and also grantee i will leave Canada if my visit visa expired before I get my spousal PR ... is that possible, does it worth ? I heard its very hard to get a visit visa accepted if you already filed for spouse visa

You can certainly try. From reading these forums it seems that non-visa-exempt spouses are routinely refused TRVs to come visit while a PR application is pending because the VO is not convinced you will leave. Thus, what's often as important as your spouse's promises (which are likely not impartial) is to have other evidence you will return - e.g., evidence you still have a home in your country, a job to return to, plans to do things there, etc.

My wife applied for a tourist visa while we are waiting for the permanent resident application to be processed, and she was successful even though she is from a country that is not visa-exempt :). Make sure you have as much information as possible regarding ties to your country. In our case, we had bank statements and a letter from her job saying that she was taking a non-paid vacation but would be returning. You should also be honest about the fact that you have a permanent residence application in process. It is important to explain why you want to VISIT Canada, and you should be clear about your reasons, the dates you plan to be in the country, etc. On top of that you need a little bit of good luck!
