I am a Pakistani citizen, who spent 4 years in Sri Lanka as a UNHCR Approved Refugee because of my religion, and I was sponsored by the community and landed as a Convention refugee here in Canada. I have my Permanent resident card, Health Card and got employed here. I just want to know that can I apply for Refugee Travel Document by providing them with my PR Card and not the Landing document or confirmation of PR? And If I will have to send them the original Documents i.e. PR Card by Mail? Please share your experience.
