Does anyone has idea , if I get 1 year work experience for canada from my current organisation, can I apply for PR.

Find a NOC which matches your duties. The NOC has to be 0, A or B.

This is to determine whether the NOC is eligible for CEC or not:

The first and or second digit of the noc defines whether it's:
0.-All the codes that start with a '0' are NOC 0 Ex: 0XXX
A.-All the codes that have '1' as their second digit come under NOC A. Ex: X1XX
B.-All the codes that have '2'or '3' as their second digit come under NOC B. Ex: X2XX or X3XX
