Can I apply again?

I have a small question.

If I already nominated under Skill immigration program, can I apply for nomination under other EXPRESS skill immigration program same year if I have the minimum requirements without losing my previous nomination?

I just thinking in this option to to apply under two categories in the second phase ( CIC phase) and get the processing time benefit of the express entry under CIC if it is applicable.

It is better to communicate the province that issued nomination for you to make sure. There will be their contact info somewhere on their web page.I emailed Manitoba once I had a question and they replied in couple days.

It won't.

You can create an Express Entry profile any time with no worries.

You'll only worry about your old PNP application when you get an ITA and have to submit a new PR application.
Then you can withdraw the application that is left behind when the other progresses.
